Both bathrooms have shower panels with massaging jets, spray hose and waterfall shower head. White quartz countertops throughout. Custom backsplash throughout. Fireplace and wine fridge in living room. Ceiling fans in every room. Five Smart TV's allow you to watch from every room. Brand new Wood laminate flooring throughout. White wood blinds in every window. Central A/C and heating. Backyard with seating area and outdoor dining table as well. New bedding and linens. Kitchen complete with dishes, glasses and all cooking utensils. Monday night is trash night. Please put cans out and bring them in on Tuesday. Cans must remain out of sight per the local HOAs.

A nice break from being in quarantine

Wonderful location, close to everything, red rock casino, pavilion pool, Costco and our favorite restaurants were all within 2-3 miles away. Clean, comfortable, quiet home and neighborhood.

Great area, nice house

Overall, I would stay here again, no question. Had a few problems when we got there, but eventually they were resolved. After that the owner was very responsive. If you're staying a longer time and doing some cooking, be aware the knives were dull and the pans weren't easy to clean depending on what you cooked. Also, the drive way is a little steep and barely fits a full size truck with a super cab. The truck didn't fit in the garage. Again, nothing to keep me from coming back. The house itself was great, neighborhood terrific and really close to everything we wanted to do and walk too. Terrific place.

Disappointing for a Premier Host

The check-in process was haphazard and we had to contact the host to learn about the property access code, location of the garage door clicker, WIFI password, location of the house key, trash pickup information. These things should have been given to us by the host prior to arrival. The sliding door to the backyard has no lock on it. It appears to have been ripped out at some point. Securing the door required placing a metal rod in the track on the floor. Very inconvenient. The lock to the master bedroom did not work. We always lock the master at night as a precaution. The host offered to send a handyman over to repair it, but the last thing we want on our vacation is to have to manage property repair. We rented the place for a month and there was no dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, nor any laundry detergent. When I called to ask about this, she said she only provides those things for short-term rentals. She only rents this house for 1 month or more. The vacuum cleaner turned on but had no suction. I asked her to swing by with one so I could clean up after a couple of weeks, but she actually lives in Prescott, AZ. She said she would order one for the house while we're there--it never arrived. The backing of the front doormat has glued itself to the laminate floor and cannot be moved. The garage has a bunch of leaves and trash in it and needs to be cleaned out. It's painfully obvious the host has little idea about the condition of this property.

Summerlin Stay

We really enjoyed our month of October at this property. It’s in a really nice neighborhood and a very comfortable home. There was everything we needed for our stay to be enjoyable and it was close to restaurants and stores. Barbara was great to work with and answered any questions we had. We would definitely recommend it here

Now That Us Old Folks Know

The property host is most accommodating. We would definitely return now that we know: * how the front door works * to bring a phone * the pool doesn’t open until April * to bring a radio/alarm clock * that we’ve got 5 TVs, but not really * the pool is unheated * how the appliances work, even the musical ones * the linens are not brand new And finally, watch out for the speed bumps.

Great place!

We spent almost two months at Barbar's place as a getaway from our midwestern (cold) home. The house was delightful, the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the spacious office area where we could set up our laptops! The house is full of modern devices. Several of the Firestick devices had parental locks on so it took me a while to figure out how to switch them back to original setting. The owners were quick to send over help for another TV issue. Our dog got to enjoy the freedom of a fenced back yard, but his favorite was his daily walks at Crossing Park, just a couple of blocks away. We had a miscue about the location of the garbage/recycle cans (we were putting them back beside the garage where we originally found them). This almost got Barbara a fine from the HOA as they were supposed to be behind the fence. Maybe a simple list of HOA rules could be provided so this doesn't happen again.

It was our first time in a VRBO, We would note that a little more information on the TV operation, location of garage door clicker and WiFi password would be helpful. Owners talked about setting out an information sheet, we agree. That said owners were just outstanding to work with. THANK YOU!!

Everything went smooth. Barbara was communicative. Neighborhood is safe and friendly. The pictures represent the property very well. The private patio on the back is a fun place to hang out with family.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Excellent, functional home with contemporary furnishings in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a winter get away from the Midwest cold. We loved having the front office to use during these "work from home" times. The kitchen was well designed with quality appliances. Easy access to highway, Red Rock Canyon for hiking, or 20 minutes down to the strip for a nice meal. We found Barbara (the owner) to be very professional and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Barbara for your hospitality!

Great location

Great location just outside Vegas, close to everything you want to do. Red Rock Canyon was great, highly recommend it! Home was great, wish we could have stayed the month, left 2 weeks early due to COVID 19 pandemic, everything was closing. Would definitely rent again in future. Very comfortable, beautiful space. Loved the stove! Used the office space as well, internet was great. Thanks!

Fully updated and very comfortable!

We rented this house for a few weeks while our new house was being finished. Its a lovely home in a very quiet safe neighborhood. Everything is provided ! The only issue was the garage door opener that was very temperamental. Hopefully if that gets fixed, it’s a perfect rental. :)
