This townhouse is ideally located on a side street in easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Market Street in Frederick. Clean and cozy.

Great Location, Not Comfortable
I never received check in info. I had to call the host to be able to access the home. Upon going into the home, I noticed the poctures online did not match the home. Flooring was different, there was only a very small washer in the kitchen. Not big washer and dryer that
This is a very nice 2-story, 2-bedroom apartment within walking distance of downtown Frederick. The apartment had everything we needed. The back gate was stuck while we were there, but that didn't change our enjoyment of this rental.
Amazed at the attention to detail. The owner has thought of and included almost everything you might need for a stay. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice coming back to a home in the evenings.

Cool house thats been renovated. It was a great location, especially during the In the Street festival. Kind of disappointed that there was no office nook as pictured and described. Had an issue with parking but was resolved by host.
Very nice house to stay in. Not super kid friendly but not terrible. My only constructive criticism is, my room was very bright at night even with the blinds closed, some curtains would be nice. Also, an option to gate off the stairs because they are a little sketchy would have been nice. Other than that I have no complaints and would stay again if we return to the area!

Issues for sure
We had an issue getting in to the house. The door had been locked from the inside so the code was working. We also has difficulty reaching the host and waited on the front steps for approximately an hour. It was very muggy and we had travelled all day. Not a great start.
We also had issues with the designated parking space because it was not clear where we should park so we stayed on the street and woke up to a 30.00 ticket
The property was perfect for our stay. The property is newly remodeled and very comfortable. It is an historic property that has been nicely updated. Towels, shampoos, coffees, teas were provided, which is always a nice touch. The location is great for walking around town. Off-street parking allows you to hop in your vehicle and drive without having to fuss about parking. It is a perfect place for adults. The stairs are a bit narrow, but there is a railing.
I think because it is a relatively new offering, there was not a list of rules. It is nice to have a list to refer to, just to know if there are any host expectations/requirements when checking out. I would definitely stay here again.

Mostly very good
Home was very clean and obviously recently renovated. Enjoyed it.
Two minor issues were irksome but did not really affect our satisfaction with the home. Baseboard heaters did not work and it took couple days to determine that the circuit breaker (in the basement and not accessible to us) was turned off. Host came out, fixed it and left a nice bottle of wine. Nice touch. Rear parking was inconvenient and the rear door required a key which was in a lock box. Supposedly the code for that was included in the access information but we didn't see it. Parking in front was much easier anyway. Constructive suggestion: a coat tree or hooks in the hallway for coats would be helpful. Also, the railing at the top of the stairs seems very short, especially for children.
As I said at the top, these were very minor issues and would not prevent us from renting the same house if we return to Frederick.
