entspannter Urlaub

schöne Lage, leider ist der Balkon aussichtsmäßig auf der "falschen" Seite, andere Seite ist viel schöner. Vermieter sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Viele attraktive Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe, Ende September ist aber schon vieles geschlossen. trotzdem, auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Erholung pur in den wunderschönen Marken

Das Apartment und die ganze Anlage sind sehr schön. Allerdings ist leider die Beschreibung hier mit den vielen Fotos, von denen sich nur manche auf das angemietete Apartment beziehen, verwirrend. Wer eine Terrasse oder ein Gartenstück wünscht, sollte genau lesen ;-) Dennoch hatten wir im Apartment und auch in der Einfahrt und rund um den Pool und Spielplatz genug Platz und Freiraum für uns und unsere Kinder. Landschaftlich ist das Gelände wunderschön gelegen, ein tolles Erlebnis!

Sehr schöne Anlage mit schönem Pool in Nähe zum Meer

Wir haben im Rahmen unserer Elternzeit 3,5 Wochen in Apartment F verbracht. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Apartment mit alten Fußböden und einem schönem Kamin. Es hat sehr steile Treppen, sodass es mit kleinen Kindern nicht 100% geeignet ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und mit unseren Kindern (3 Jahre und 9 Monate) hat es gut funktioniert. Das 4. Schlafzimmer ist über eine sehr steile Treppe zugänglich, man kann nur in der Mitte des Raumes stehen, es gibt keine Rolläden und kein Fliegengitter. Aus meiner Sicht ist dieses Zimmer nur bedingt nutzbar. Vom Apartment fährt man ca. 10 min zum Sandstrand. Der Pool war auch sehr schön und trotz der ausgebuchten Anlage waren wir oft alleine am Pool. Die Vermieterin ist extrem nett, hilft einem mit jedem Problem sofort weiter und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Der Spielplatz mit Trampolin echt klasse. Es gab lediglich 2 kleine Kritikpunkte: Die Bäder waren sauber, bei Böden und Küche gäbe es aber Luft nach oben. Es gab im September als wir da waren sehr viele Moskitos. Das lag aber laut Vermieter an dem außergewöhnlich heißem September.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit traumhaftem Blick!

Die gepflegte Anlage im italienischen Landhausstil ist der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten, ruhigen Urlaub. Idyllisch auf einem Hügel gelegen, hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick über Landschaft und Meer sowie dem nahegelegenen Torre di Palme. Der kleine Ort ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und könnte nicht malerischer sein. Die Gastgeber waren mehr als zuvorkommend und haben sich bestens um alles gekümmert. Wir kommen ohne Zweifel gerne wieder zurück und können es nur empfehlen!

Mare o collina ? Entrambi è meglio !!!

Vacanze Agosto 2018, famiglia con 3 bambini. Posizione favolosa, panoramica, ventilata, immersa nella tranquillità di uno dei Borghi più belli d’Italia, Torre di Palme, un gioiellino incastonato su di un colle, la cui vista apre il cuore. Dal terrazzo di casa, gli occhi spaziano e ogni mattina aprendo le ante, il fiato si mozza e il fisico si ricarica. Salone con tv, divano, poltrone e caminetto; cucina ampia e funzionale, ben attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici; 2 camere da letto, lettino baby, bagno con doccia e zona lavanderia: nulla manca in appartamento. Posto auto interno ed accesso in autonomia con telecomando. E’ rilassante e divertente poter godere liberamente sia della piscina che del giardino e parco giochi, ascoltando solo il fruscio degli alberi. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti ad un suggerimento per poter visitare sia la costa che l’entroterra e gustare dei prodotti locali (convenzioni molto interessanti con spiaggia, negozi e ristoranti). Valore aggiunto: un puntualissimo servizio di pane fresco e brioche tutte le mattine. Porto S.Giorgio-Fermo è un ottimo punto di partenza per addentrarsi nelle meravigliose Marche, ricche di storia e tradizioni. Per questo il Borgo è una scelta azzeccata quale giusto compromesso tra una classica vacanza di mare e spiaggia ed una enogastronomica/culturale fra le colline. Consigliato vivamente & 5 STELLE….con lode !

Sehr schön gelegen auf einem Hügel in den Marken

Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne und sonnig warme Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und vom Stil passend zur Region eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß uns sehr gepflegt. Kinder können frei herum laufen, da das Anwesen umzäunt ist. Zum Strand und Supermarkt benötigt man ein Auto. Dafür hat man in der Anlage seine Ruhe. Zu unserer Zeit italienische, belgische und holländische Gäste. Kann ich absolut empfehlen! Sehr nette Vermieter.

fantastisch zwembad

Mooie en rustige ligging van accommodatie op een heuvel, met fraai uitzicht op omgeving. Geweldige gastvrijheid en toewijding van eigenaar, alsof men een persoonlijk gast was ! Goede zit/ lig mogelijkheden op terras en grasveld. fantastisch zwembad!! Kamers , kitchen en badkamers waren confortabel en schoon. Goede bedden.. Waardevolle suggesties voor bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in de omgeving. Annika

herrlicher Blick über super schöne Lage, Absolut perfekt! Super schönes Haus und super Lage für Ausflüge!Wunderschön, gepflegt die Wiesen zum Meer, schöner Garten mit Sonnenliegen,. Die umliegenden Dorfer sind meist sehr schön mit mittelalterlichem Dorfkern. . Einer der besten Urlaube meines Lebens,nette Gastgeber.. Tolle Lage, sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Week-end d’autunno

Week-end d’autunno Luogo ideale per trascorrere un tranquillo week-end di novembre a sole due ore da Roma. Le signore con le figlie si sono dedicate allo shopping negli outlet (tods,prada,calzedonia….e tanti altri)e noi « maschietti » siamo andati alla scoperta di cantine di vino biologico . La sera abbiamo avuto l’imbarazzo della scelta tra i tanti ristorantini e agriturismi,nei quali gustare i piatti tipici della cucina marchigiana. Dopo cena relax totale nella casa confortevole e curata nei minimi particolari Davvero un posto incantevole..ideale per chi vuole staccare la spina dal lavoro e dallo stress quotidiano...struttura stupenda,confortevole e pulita..ci torneremo. Raccomandato anche “fuori stagione” donatella

una vacanza diversa : Natale al mare

con un gruppo di amici , abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni tra Natale e capodanno nel “borgo casal cristiana. L’appartamento è ampio e confortevole, la cucina è super attrezzata . Dalle finestre e dalla loggia si può godere di un panorama incantevole.Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza diversa e fantastica : tra cantine di vini prelibati e agriturismi che cucinavano piatti tipici marchigiani, avevamo l’imbarazzo della scelta qualcuno ha preferito visitare luoghi culturali!!! Tutti contenti!!! Torneremo sicuramente adriano

Fünf Sterne reichen nicht aus, um diesen Ort zu be

Es gibt keine Worte um ihn ausreichend zu beschreiben. Friede, Natur, Stille, weitab vom Lärm der Stadt, unbeschreibliche Ausblicke, der Duft des Meers und der Felder, fantastische Wohnung weitläufig und gut eingerichtet. Und nach dem Meer? Ein Schwimmbad, das ein See zu sein scheint, ein idealer Spielpark für Kinder jeden Alters, eine schöne Tischtennisplatte, um die Freunde herauszufordern, und ein kleines Fußballfeld…Als ob dies noch nicht ausreicht, gibt es auch noch den Brotlieferservice jeden Morgen. Absolut zu empfehlen!!! agnes

luogo magico!! pace e relax

Un luogo posizionato in un punto magico con servizi di ottima classe e confortevole per trovare pace e relax. Siamo arrivati ed abbiamo scoperto una struttura degna di nota immersa nella natura e totalmente rispettosa dell'ambiente. L’appartamento è provvisto di tutto ed è incantevole. Ti vien voglia di viverci per sempre. Apri la finestra e vedi un panorama fantastico!! Ci torneremo anche fuori stagione, deve essere molto affascinante ed anche meno caro! consigliato

settimana indimenticabile!!

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia una settimana di giugno e devo dire di avere trascorso giornate piacevoli e rilassanti in un posto molto bello immerso nel verde nel vero senso della parola e con un panorama incantevole. La sensazione di relax, la posizione del borgo e l’appartamento, ampio ,pulito , accogliente finemente ristrutturato e con vista mare, ci hanno lasciato la piacevole persuasione di essere stati in un posto in cui sicuramente torneremo, non una ma almeno due settimane!!! Vivamente consigliato

tutti contenti!!!fantastico!

Tutti contenti !!! Nonni, genitori, figlio adolescente ,bimbi piccoli e :la mattina tutti al mare senza i nonni che restavano nel borgo in pace e tranquillità ; tornati a casa il figlio adolescente aveva il ping- pong il biliardino e il campo di calcetto in cui giocare con gli altri ospiti, i più piccoli nel parco giochi ,e noi genitori finalmente ci siamo goduti una bella vacanza,in relax nella piscina superpanoramica ! La casa è pulita, accogliente, arredata con calore e curata nei minimi particolari ; non manca niente : cucina super attrezzata, letti comodi, elettrodomestici, zanzariere alle finestre…Per non parlare del pane fresco ogni mattina : che bello potere fare colazione senza dovere andare dal fornaio !! 5 stelle sono poche ..minimo 6 stelle!!! Da raccomandare vivamente !!!

emplacement charmant!!!

L'emplacement est charmant et meme sans se baigner" le contact avec la mer est incroyable !!! Nos filles: Martine de 4 ans et Julie de 2 ans, ont apprécié cet endroit et nous avons pu nous detendre et on c’est tous bien amusés, même si nous n'avons jamais quitté le « borgo casal cristiana ». La piscine, les terrasses, l'aire de jeux pour enfants et les immenses espaces verts répondaient à nos besoins de vacances spéciaux, qui devaient satisfaire tous les quatre. Le propriétaire était très attentif à chaque détail et ce soin est aperçu dans chaque détail particulier ... Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et je le recommanderai à tout le monde L’appartement est très propre et bien équipée

Sempre una garanzia

Già da qualche anno scegliamo questa location per le nostre vacanze. Comodo al mare ma fuori dalla confusione. Ogni volta i proprietari ci riservano delle sorprese, quest'anno la piscina e vari servizi di contorno molto graditi come ad esempio il pane fresco tutte le mattine. Siamo venuti anche con amici che poi sono tornati anche da soli! Avanti cosi!!

Pulita, funzionale e con vista magnifica.

Siamo una famiglia di Milano, eravamo in 7 e abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane al Borgo Casal Cristiana, luogo ottimale per chi cerca tranquillità. Il mare e le varie attività commerciali sono facilmente raggiungibili. I proprietari sono molto gentili e pronti a fornire qualsiasi informazione, oltre a brioches e pane freschi alla mattina e frutta direttamente dal contadino. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo vivamente questa casa vacanze. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
