The apartment is on the ground floor of a lovely semi-detached house with parking space, garden and shared swimming pool. The house is located in a charming and quiet neighbourhood, with a fantastic view of the lake, 5 minutes walk from the lake and 15 minutes walk from the historic centre of Bardolino, which can be reached by a pleasant stroll along the lakefront. The apartment has cable TV, WIFI internet, air conditioning, sheets, towels and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Guests can use the barbecue and the washing machine provided in the house. The villa is close to the city of Verona, with its fabulous historic centre and the Arena di Verona, Gardaland, Canevaworld, Parco Natura Viva, Monte Baldo, the Bardolino and Valpolicella wine cellars and an hour by train from Venice.
