About this property

House Lana is located right by the beach and consists four apartments with covered terraces with sea view. Each apartment have his own entrance. App 1/ App 2 (1st floor), and App3 / App 4 (ground floor) can accommodate 2 to 6 people and has a kitchen with dishwasher (dishes,glasses..), refrigerator, living room with a double bed for 2 persons, TV-SAT, WIFI, air conditioning/heating. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and shower. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, second bedroom has two single beds. Swimming spot is directly in front of the house with the character of a private beach and it is easily accessible from the terrace. On the beach in front of the house you have chairs and umbrellas for a small fee. Parking is available in front of the house. Avaliable boat mooring.

Top entspannt

Wir waren eine Woche dort und hatten die Wohnung direkt am Pool. Das war einfach herrlich. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Entspannung pur und durch den Privatstrand ist alles sehr familiär. Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung- alles vorhanden. Als Teetrinker haben wir lediglich einen Wasserkocher vermisst. Sehr schöner Urlaub mit grandioser Aussicht! Gerne wieder .

Nettes gemütliches Örtchen

Die Beschreibung für die Anreise sollte dringend überarbeitet werden. In den sehr großen Wohnungen sollte jeweils ein Wischeimer und ein Wischmob vorhanden sein. Zuhause hält man sein Domizil ja auch sauber. Die Ausstattung ist recht umfänglich. Bei uns fehlten in der Küche nur Eierbecher. Im geräumigen Bad ist eine große Duschkabine zwei Waschbecken und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Mehr braucht dort niemand. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ruhig. Störungen von den Nachbarn sind eher nicht vernehmbar. Schön wäre es wenn es Auflagen für die Strandliegen gäbe. Wir hatten Aufblasbare vom Lidl mit. Die Sonnenschirme sind recht klein aber in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Man kann sich Boote und Jetski ( Bootsführerschein erforderlich !!! ) leihen wenn sie denn mal funktionieren . Das Wasser ist dank des Kieselsteinuntergrund Kristalklar. Schnorcheln ist Pflicht und macht Spaß da es praktisch keine Strömung gibt.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

Tolle, große Wohnung in traumhafter Lage. Man muss sich aber im Klaren darüber sein, dass man das Auto braucht, um etwas zu unternehmen.

Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten das Appartement direkt vorm Pool gebucht. Da wir die einzigen Mieter in der Woche waren, hatten wir den Pool quasi exklusiv. Perfekt für unsere beiden Kinder (2+5 Jahre) die sich den ganzen Tag im Wasser aufgehalten haben und für die Eltern, da sich der Pool direkt vor der Terrasse befindet. Alternativ gibt es einen Privatstrand ca. 15m direkt vorm Haus mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Herrlich klares und sauberes Wasser, Einstieg auf für Kinder möglich. Appartement war ohne Mängel genau wie beschrieben. Es gibt alles was man braucht, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, sogar 2 Schlafzimmer etc. Vermieter super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Kleiner Supermarkt, Eisdiele, Restaurants im 3km entfernten Karlobag. Kurzum genau das richtige für alle diejenigen, die abschalten wollen und Ruhe brauchen. Wir kommen wieder!
