Penny’s place is a 2 bedroom house with a patio garden and private driveway located in Plymouth.
This holiday home is perfect for a long weekend or a longer stay if desired to explore what our city has to offer.
Perfect for families or couples, this accommodation offers everything you will need for a relaxing stay in the beautiful southwest where you can explore our Dartmoor national Park or escape to the local beaches which are not far away where you will see our stunning Cornish coastline.
We also have national trust houses like Saltram House, which is a short 18 minute drive away and Cotehele House with wonderful gardens and walks which is a 36 minute drive away.
Also our Plymouth Hoe with views of the sound and our famous Royal William Yard with many different places to indulge in food and drink, which are both a 21 minute drive away.
The property consists of:

Towels and bed linen.

Fully equipped kitchen
We also welcome all guests with a welcome basket of wine, bread, biscuits and bread for you to enjoy while you stay with us.

I am from Plymouth, I enjoy working and spending quality time with family as well as engaging in different sport activities in my spare time.
I enjoy being a host and being able offer short- or long-term accommodation to people looking to visit our big city of Plymouth.
Why they chose this property
We chose the area because of its beautiful setting and surroundings, it is located approximately 5 minutes away from our National Dartmoor Park with summer picnics or winter walks with various cosy pubs along the way.
What makes this property unique
We have a number of bespoke modern apartments and houses in the Plymouth area that are a comfortable and cost-effective alternative to staying in a hotel.
