It was built far away from any traffic noise, providing a peaceful and picturesque vacation.
The villa has got ground floor and 2 floors.
The property encompasses lush gardens with fruit trees, and paved areas which give direct access to the beach, where you can sunbathe, swim, and sail. The sea experience speaks for itself. This luxury apartment is located on the top floor.

There is a huge open space that connects a living room, dining room, kitchen and a large private terrace into a unique sun-bathed experience with spectacular sea views. There is a large retractable sofa and a smart TV in the living room, while you can use the massive hand-made dining table in the dining room.

There are two bedrooms with a king-size bed in each. One room has got its own private balcony with the direct sea view and a walk-in designer bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other room is located right by the other designer bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen with a huge kitchen island. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and an ironing table. All rooms have their own air-conditioning systems.

Guests have a private parking place at their disposal. All guests of the villa can use the traditional outdoor kitchen with the stone BBQ in the backyard.
