Plenty of room

Our group consisted of three families, with a total of six kids. There was plenty of room, with each kid getting a twin bed. We also liked that each family would have their own bathroom. Unfortunately the hot water unit in one of the showers was not working so we had to share a bathroom, The owner was notified but the problem was not remedied. There is a fenced in backyard but no furniture. It is convenient to the Tube (about a 15 minute walk) so we found no need for a car and the supermarket is a 2 minute walk. The neighborhood was noisy late night, with a bar nearby and people congregating outside. The place was not meticulously cleaned. My granddaughter found a vape pipe in the sofa, which was a bit unsettling. Was it the worst place I ever stayed in? No, but it does need improvement.

Family vacation

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to the bus and the tube. Plenty of places to eat in or take away. Our family included 11 people ages 18 to 73. Please note if stairs are an issue 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. We are from the states and would have loved to have a regular plug in coffee maker. After a few tries the grandchildren figured out how to use the expresso maker. Communication with Natalie was very easy. She was a big help with directions.
