Villa in the Golf Club a few minutes from Alassio
Beautiful detached house in the residential area inside the Garlenda Golf Club, 18 holes. The house is located 5 km from beautiful seaside resorts such as Alassio and of historical interest such as Albenga (8 km). The house has a garden for exclusive use with table and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners in peace… The villa is spread over three levels, on the ground floor there is a large living room with a dining table, a kitchen, a large double bedroom and a bathroom. on the first floor we have a bedroom as well as an en suite bathroom and a large terrace with deck chairs. On the third and last floor we have a bedroom with two beds and a small bathroom with shower, and a balcony. In Garlenda you can do many activities such as golf , tennis and horse riding . There are many typical and nice restaurants near the house, a supermarket 5 minutes away by car, pharmacy and ATM. We love animals and we accept well behaved dogs, the garden is fenced. We have an additional laundry room with washing machine. Private parking in front of the house.
