Enjoy your holidays in the wonderful natural and cultural landscape of the Sierra de Tramuntana, in a charming stone house with a swimming pool, surrounded by several terraces with views and a garden full of centuries-old olive trees. Our house was completed in 2009 and is in a fantastic mountain location. Enjoy the tranquility, the wonderful panoramic views of the sea and absolute privacy. The house has a large, open living room with dining room and kitchen, and on the upper floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. There is sun all day and the sunsets are spectacular. Please note: car rental is essential. From the meeting point at Mirador de ses Barques to the main entrance of the property is about 600 meters away and you have to drive on an unpaved and bumpy country road. Once inside the property, the road to the parking lot next to the house is paved, and has some downward curves. WARNING: ROAD NOT RECOMMENDED FOR VERY FEARFUL DRIVERS. A Crossover type car with full insurance is recommended. Children over 6 years old are welcome, although the property does not have safety guards or railings in some high places.

Top location for wonderful holidays

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay very much! It is a perfect place to relax with a stunning view! The house is excellently equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. It is a little difficult to get there by car, but for us still easy to do with an Opel Corsa.

Fantastic views and lot of privacy

A very clean and cozy home with incredible views over the mountains and the sea. You live very remote, just the driveway to the house is a little bit challenging. But it worth it.

Couple holiday in quiet area of Majorca

House was in lovely location. Definitely need an SUV for the scary steep driveway. Liked to hear the cowbells in the evening ( we later realised they were attached to the local sheep ) and look at stars. The place is very quiet and remote, just what we were hoping for. The property was very well presented and we had a great time there. The owners, Laura & Andreu, are great. They recommended we hire a small SUV. The car rental company ( OK Mobility - we can recommend them ) gave us a Lynk & Co 01. A lovely 2 wheel drive SUV style car. We managed with the main shared unadopted un-tarmaced road, but was interesting getting up & down the private driveway. Would have been easier with a smaller SUV as the owners recommended. Would recommend not going bigger than the car we had.

Schöne Fince mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und den Sonneruntergang

Alles super und eine Top-Finca. Laura ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Um die Jahreszeit (Ende September) ware die Mücken abends etwas nervig. Für den Weg zur Finca ist ein SUV schon sinnvoll. Alles in allem ist die Finca empfehlenswert.

Alles top - Great stay !!!

Ein absolut toller Aufenthalt, ganz tolle Finca mit großartigem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Port de Soller. Sehr nette Vermieter. We come back - definitiv. Allein die Schotterpiste zum Haus war ambitioniert. Wir wussten das, ist in der Anzeige auch beschrieben. Alles in allem: 100 Punkte, es war super.

Rundum ein fantastischer Urlaub.🤗

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub auf Sa Murana. Es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Ausblick, Anwesen, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Gastfreundschaft, Service, nur die allerbeste Bewertung. Wer im Urlaub die Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Trotz der Hinweise der vorherigen Bewertungen, hatten wir uns leichtsinniger Weise einen Fiat 500 gemietet, den wir dann allerdings am nächsten Tag gegen einen Cross eingetauscht haben. Wir würden daher einen Wagen mit ausreichend Bodenfreiheit anraten. Damit ist es allerdings kein Problem, das Grundstück zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Laura für die herzliche Begrüßung und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, bald wiederzukommen.

Ganz besonderer Finca-Urlaub

Ein wundervolles Fleckchen Erde mit einem unbeschreiblich beeindruckendem Ausblick. Wir konnten uns nicht satt sehen. Dazu eine wohltuende Ruhe, die von Grillen und Schafen unterstrichen wird. Die Zufahrtstraße ist nicht ohne, dafür ist man absolut unter sich. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und bemüht. Wir werden noch viel an unsere perfekte Auszeit denken :-)

Thank you for this perfect stay!

Von A-Z ein wunderbares Haus mit tollen Gastgebern. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, und toll ausgestattet. Es fehlt an überhaupt nichts. Die Betten sind top (ein Punkt, wo bei anderen Häusern leider oft gespart wird). Es wurde an alles gedacht, was einem Urlaub perfekt macht. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich. Wer aber jemals einen Sonnenuntergang auf einem der unzähligen Plätzchen rund ums Haus hier erlebt hat, ist für den Weg entschädigt. Einfach ein Traum (leider konnte man die Aussicht nicht in den Koffer packen:-) Der Pool ist nicht allzu riesig aber dank der einstellbaren Gegenstromanlage kann hier trotzdem wunderbar geschwommen werden. Der Pool ist ganztägig besonnt und daher angenehm temperiert. Die Gastgeber sind von A-Z unkompliziert und stets hilfsbereit. Wer ein Haus sucht, welches keine direkten Nachbarn hat und sehr ruhig gelegen ist und doch nicht weit von der nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants, Meer etc. entfernt ist, dieses hier kann uneingeschränkt weiter empfohlen werden. Danke für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

ein kleines Paradies im Tramuntana Gebirge

Wenn das Paradies einen Namen hätte, würde es Sa Muana heißen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum: 180 Grad Aussicht vom Gebirge bis zum Meer. Wir haben diese Idylle sehr genossen und fast den gesamten Urlaub oben beim Haus verbracht. Ich habe noch kein Ferienhaus erlebt, das mit so viele Liebe für Kleinigkeiten und mit so viel Geschmack eingerichtet war. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Selbst Wein und Wasser stand für uns bereit und natürlich Essig und Öl, Gewürze, Orangen, Zitronen.... Spülmitteltabs für Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine etc. Der Pool ist klein, aber mit einer Gegenstromanlage ausgestattet, so dass man sich auch darin sportlich betätigen konnte. Und die Sonnenuntergänge! Die letzten 600 m zum Haus sind herausfordernd und nichts für Feiglinge. Aber man gewöhnt sich mit der Zeit an die Schlaglöcher und Bodenwellen bzw. die letzte steile Zufahrt (geteert) zum Haus. Wer sich nicht traut, dieses letzte Stück zu fahren, kann das Auto auch oben stehen lassen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein kleines Auto mit viel Bodenfreiheit (kleiner SUV wie z.B. den Nissan Juke). Mit der Vermieterin Laura stand ich per WhatsApp in Verbindung, so dass wir sie jeder Zeit etwas fragen konnten (auf Englisch). Sie hat auch immer prompt geantwortet und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Sa Muana ist ein Paradies für Menschen, die die Einsamkeit suchen fernab des touristischen Trubels.

Magnifique havre de paix

La maison de Laura et Andreu est une merveille de tranquillité et de déconnexion. Tout est parfaitement propre et équipé, permettant de ne jamais s’en faire pour l’organisation et il y règne une atmosphère de sérénité qui font de votre séjour de véritables vacances. La vue à couper le souffle, le temps au rythme des clochettes des brebis, la gentillesse des hôtes vous feront envie d’y revenir encore et encore.

rundrum begeistert

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus und alles rundherum ist sehr liebevoll angelegt. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Der Ausblick Richtung Port de Soller ist wunderbar. Im Außenbereich gibt es überall Sitzmöglichkeiten, um diesen zu genießen und zu verweilen. Das Haus ist klein und gemütlich, sehr sauber, für 4 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küche hätte ich gern mitgenommen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind ein freundliches, nettes Paar, welche jederzeit ansprechbar war. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas herausfordernd, also unbedingt ein Crossover Auto wählen, sonst wird es spannend. Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Everything was wonderful!

Deutsch Englisch Ein Fleckchen Himmel auf Erden! Alles war einfach nur traumhaft! Die Lage, die Aussicht,die Finca,die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, die gefüllte Schale mit Mandarinen und Orangen, der Weihnachtsbaum und zu guter Letzt die unheimliche Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastlichkeit von Andreu und Laura! Danke dafür!!! Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Woche in dieser traumhaft schönen Finca und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin reisen! A little piece of heaven on earth! Everything was just fantastic! The location, the view, the finca, the facilities, the cleanliness, the filled bowl with tangerines and oranges, the Christmas tree and, last but not least, the incredible friendliness, helpfulness and hospitality of Andreu and Laura! Thanks for that!!! We had an unforgettable week in this beautiful finca and would travel there again at any time!

Einfach perfekt

Das Haus liegt einfach traumhaft in den Bergen. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und es gibt so viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten um das zu genießen. Im Haus ist an alles gedacht. Von Holzkohle für den Grill über Gewürze, Essig und Öl bis hin zu kuscheligen Decken ist alles da. Und für uns sehr wichtig. Es war alles extrem sauber. Wir haben uns einfach sehr wohl gefühlt.

If there were ten stars I would give it ten!

what an absolutely pleasurable experience. Andreu and Laura were great to work with. Communication was great between us. This wonderful home is nestled in the beautiful Tremontana Mountains. Overlooking the terraced hillside where you can hear the tinkling of the grazing sheeps bells and see port Soller and it's beautiful lighthouses. The home is peaceful and quiet. from the moment you get there. Having booked from the USA and being a 30 Year Police officer. It's natural to be a bit apprehensive about booking in another country. Do not worry! Andreu and Laura are the real deal. Such nice folks. Thank you for a wonderful stay Andreu and Laura!

Calme, nature et beauté

Une magnifique maison pour les amateurs de calme et nature. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette très belle maison entourée d’oliviers, citronniers, moutons et de sentiers de promenade. Propre et très bien équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et se sentir chez soit. Attention on accède a la propriété par un sentier très raide en terre battue et qui tourne donc évitez d’arriver la nuit.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist wirklich ein sehr besonderes Haus. Besonders genutzt haben wir die tolle Aussenküche und die Möglichkeit jeden Abend ein Lagerfeuer zu machen. Sowohl Küchen Utensilien, als auch Sonnenliegen usw. Sind vorhanden, sodass man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Laura ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die sehr gut erreichbar ist und sich viel Mühe gibt, dass man sich als Gast willkommen fühlt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Wohlfühlen mit toller Aussicht

Ein liebevoll gestaltetes Haus und Grundstück. Ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist grandios und die Sonnenuntergänge haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Da wir leider etwas unbeständiges Wetter hatten (November), lud uns die tolle Küche zum ausgiebigen Kochen ein. Wir haben den Kaminofen sehr gerne befeuert und es uns gemütlich gemacht. Es gibt auch einige schöne und abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen, die man direkt am Haus starten kann. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr super. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal da.
