Brand new modern-finished one bedroom sunny penthouse located just 100 metres off the St Pauls Bay promenade. It has a large outside sunny terrace of 13 sqm with partial panoramic sea views, BBQ and outside furniture (sunbeds, chairs and table). This penthouse apartment is fully air-conditioned. It also has a second terrace with the bedroom.
This Penthouse with BBQ terrace is on the 7th floor. It has a main bedroom with one double bed, one bathroom with shower and a living room with one double sofa bed. This apartment is ideal for groups of up to 4 persons.
Fast unlimited WiFi internet and IPTV / Digital TV are free of charge.
Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, microwave, electric hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
Hair Dryer, iron and iron board and Washing machine.
Cots, highchairs and extra beds are available on request.
Airconditioning in all rooms
Towels and bed sheets are provided.

These consumptions for water and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.
If the above mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions:
0. 42c per KWh for electricity and 8. 60 per cubic meter for water.
The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.
