It is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, The Master bedroom has a king size bed, and bedrooms 2 and 3, both having double beds. The property sleeps 6. There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs at pool level overlooking the terrace.

The private outdoor area includes a pool, a patio, a partially covered terrace, and garden furniture. Soak up the Spanish sun, enjoy a delicious al fresco meal on poolside and take in the incredible views from this property.

There is a choice of sandy beaches you can enjoy in Moraira or Javea around 8 minutes away by car. There is also the beautiful Cala Moraig beach on Cumbre del Sol which would be just a few minutes’ drive away. The nearest restaurant and bar, as well as the closest supermarket, is just 2 minutes away by car.
