Our bright and south west facing two bedroom apartment in Residencial duquesa is located in a quiet and peaceful complex in Sabinillas. With two bathrooms (there is one en-suite bathroom), the property comes with a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a bright living room opening onto a sunny terrace with views to the sea and pool.It is fully air conditioned, with a private car park with allocated space, two communal swimming pools surrounded by tropical gardens, one paddle tennis court and 24h security. Furthermore, our apartment is conveniently located a short walk from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, the beach and Duquesa Marina.No smoking or Pets are allowed in the apartment.
