A great place to stay

We stayed in property 105 which is 3 bedroomed. This is a great property in a great location. Everything was as it should be from the point of booking, check-in, cleanliness, presentation and communications. My only real negative observation is that the images supplied online make it very difficult to understand what the property you are trying to book will look like as they are clearly from different properties. This aside, we had a fabulous time here, pool was large and quiet, with great beaches only a medium walk / short car journey away. The sighting of the property has first class views, sufficient privacy and great access to all ameneties - totally recommend !!

Quiet spot, fantastic views, great facilities and owner responded quickly to enquires

Stayed in 105. WiFi brilliant, English channels on TV, spotlessly clean rooms, bedding and towel and everything we needed. No iron, but requested one and it was delivered next morning, asked for high chair, same fast efficient response. Excellent sized rooms, great living space, parking allocated. 15 minutes to walk to marina, 25 to playa dorado. Perfect, quiet spot. Local supermarket 4/5 minutes walk. Highly recommend this villa, owner response quick. Even gave us early entry at 9am. Superb stay, excellent rating.

Sehr schöne Lage, schöne saubere Wohnung, sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der großen Wohnung (mit drei Schlafzimmern) im Oktober sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber, großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse und von zwei Schlafzimmern aus hatten wir direkten Blick aufs Meer. Vor der Wohnung war die Strandpromenade. Hier waren immer viele Menschen unterwegs, es war trotzdem ruhig. Zu Fuß gelangt man in etwas mehr als einer halben Stunde zu dem ersten der Papagayo-Strände. In die andere Richtung gehend kommt man in ungefähr 10 bis 15 Minuten zum neuen Hafen (Marina Rubicon), wo sich viele Restaurants und einige Geschäfte befinden. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Super gepflegte Anlage mit top Ausblick!

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung im Haus war sehr gut, es war alles vorhanden - ob Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Ofen oder sogar Spülmaschine und noch vieles mehr. Die gesamte Anlage war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Wir würden es jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

So peaceful

Apartment was lovley. So big and very clean and peaceful. A few of the neighbours stayed long term and we're so nice and friendly. Victoria who arrived with the keys was also very pleasant . Yes I would recommend these apartment and hope yo return again soon.

gorgeous location and wonderful apartment

i came over many time to stay with my grandparents whom lived in 103. The views are amazing, from our terrace we could clearly see fuerteventura, the castle and even the marina. Watching the ferries go by was our favourite! The house itself was gorgeous, fitted 7 of us in perfectly and had everything we needed. The pool is great, having the kids pool definitely helped with a 4 year old! Easy access to darada and papagayo beach, you can walk to either one or hire a car. We had a dog whom loved the cliff top walk over to papagayo and the cafe on the point! Thoroughly enjoyed every stay (there must have been around 20+) and am planning to come out myself in the future. thank you for many memories and happy holidays.

not clean enough :-(

Unfortunately to the last ratings we have to downgrade our rating. Here are the reasons: -We have to subtract one star for the insufficient cleanness.The WCs were not cleaned well enough.We found a piece of broken glass on the floor in our daughter's bedroom. Our night tabel was very filthy, maybe a coffee was dumped and the remainings were not brushed away. The floor was dirty, in the end we have cleaned the WC and the floor ourselves(It took 3 hours), the wastewater was deeply black. Our photos can prove it. - We complained about the cleanness immediately - and here we have to substract another star, the reply from our main contact took about 24 hours, that is certainly too long :-(. Our local contact (not ultimately responsible) hardly spoke English :-( -The furniture of the kitchen was really nice, but this is an exception, the other equipment was rather ordinary, we expected more comfort for such a rental price, so we have to substract one star. -Two stars for the really nice neighborhood and the house itself. If it had been clean and the communication had been okay, we would have recommend the accommodation. Best regards

Clean apartment on beautiful location!

The apartment we stayed in has a truly magnificent view of the Ocean, Fuerteventura and the Castillo de Las Coloradas. With just a small garden separating the terrace from the footpath and the ocean, you can watch the people jogging to and fro in the morning and the ships and ferries sailing by. The apartment is exactly as described, clean and well taken care of by Victoria. Parking is no problem and there is a Superdino at walking distance. The swimming pool is quiet and it is now protected by a glass 'fence' to protect children. Within a few hundred meters there are also stairs that give access to the ocean for swimming. With goggles you can observe the most beautiful fish (similar to the ones at Papagayo Beach). We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again if we come to Lanzarote in the future.

Super Urlaub

Wir sind nun schon zum dritten Mal in dieser Anlage gewesen und werden mit Sicherheit im nächsten Jahr auch wieder dort hin fahren. Alles angegebene findet man so vor, wie es beschrieben ist. Die Häuser sind sauber und gepflegt und auch mit allem eingerichtet, was der Mensch so braucht. Der Kontakt mit Christina ist immer absolut freundlich und sie hilft bei allem was sie kann. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle erst einmal von uns dafür! Wir haben dieses Feriendomizil auch schon an Freunde weiterempfohlen und sie waren auch super begeistert und werden mit Sicherheit auch nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein - genauso, wie wir! Wer ruhigen Urlaub sucht und eine wundervolle Aussicht, der ist hier wirklich bestens aufgehoben. So macht Urlaub Spaß!
