A charming semi-detached cottage set in a quiet village location close to the stunning coastline of the beautiful Highlands of Scotland.. 1 step to entrance.

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk (Double On Bottom, Single Above) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack.. Front garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Dorrey View is a charming little semi-detached cottage in a peaceful location in the quiet village of Halkirk. With the stunning northern coastline only a short drive away, Dorrey View offers the perfect place to come back to after a day exploring. Dorrey View boasts a cosy sitting room, two bedrooms and a modern fully equipped kitchen perfect if you want to enjoy a home cooked meal after your day’s adventures.
Halkirk is a small village in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland and has a good selection of amenities including an excellent pub serving meals and a local store. Whether you are staying at Dorrey View just to relax or perhaps for an adventure the area has everything. With its miles of coastline perhaps enjoy a spot of kite surfing on the many spectacular unspoilt beaches or take a trip along part of the famous North Coast 500, perhaps stopping off at John O’ Groats, the most northerly point on Scotland’s mainland.
Fishing is outstanding in the far north of Scotland. Some of the most productive salmon rivers in the country are tucked away across Sutherland and Caithness Hiking and cycling (road and mountain biking) are popular pastimes here with many routes to try. Return to Dorrey View and unwind with a glass of your favourite tipple in the garden where you might be lucky enough to see the northern lights in the clear dark skies.
