You’re greeted by a spacious, open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining room. Plenty of easy seating, dining space, and a high-spec kitchen with a contemporary feel. Velux windows on the roof provide lots of daylight. The bedroom features a double bed, plenty of hanging and storage space and there’s a double sofa bed in the living room too. You have access to a smart TV in the living room and bedroom and a bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
The cockermouth town centre, the birthplace of William Wordsworth, is just a short walk from the property. Your nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk, as are a couple of pubs serving great food and local cask ales. The main town centre is also easily reached on foot.
Cockermouth is a thriving market town full of hidden surprises at every turn. It boasts a great selection of pubs, quaint restaurants, micro-breweries, local craft shops, independent coffee houses, delicatessens, specialty shops, and of course, well-known retailers and branded stores too.
