Villa Carvella is a beautiful mansion in perfect match with the surrounding environment, ideally situated at the edge of a hill overlooking the sea. Finding the balance between the green land and the clear blue sky, it offers a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea. The view over the infinity pool becomes even more fascinating as the sun paints it with different colorful shades throughout the day.

The villa consists of a large living and dining room area leading to an open kitchen, a luminous corridor leading to the rooms, three double bedrooms, one of them master with ensuite bathroom, and a common bathroom. The whole indoor area measures 110 square meters. The villa features a BBQ area and is set on 3500 sq m!

Through the past..

Our family has been living in Zakynthos since the 16th century, during the period of Venetian dominance of the island. The family Crest, nowadays found in the cultural museum of Solomos, depicts a dove, promoting the value of peace. We have traditionally been ambassadors of peace, and we aim to be ambassadors of hospitality and wellbeing.

We consider the villa an extension of our natural environment. The materials we used for reconstruction are exclusively made by a company (www.kourasanit.com) that uses nature in the raw and the wisdom of ancient Roman traditions to create materials with impressive natural behavior and superior aesthetics. We share one common belief: The quality of the environment effects the quality of life.

Furthermore, we took some extra care in the quality of your dreams! We believe that a good sleep is essential for our wellbeing, and therefore we chose COCO-MAT as the supplier of our beds and pillows. The company creates innovative sleep products made with natural materials.

Villa Carvella is situated in Akrotiri, 5 km away from Zakynthos town and 10 km away from the islands’ airport. Standing on a hilltop, just 30 meters above the sandy beach of Tsilivi, it offers majestic Ionian views being at the same time in a walking distance from the beach or the center of the resort town.

• Climate tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival, as no bank or card commissions can be applied. The climate tax is 15 euros per night.
• The cleaning service takes place every 3 days.
