Appartement Delfines Minorque

Nous sommes très déçus par cette location, qui malgré tout se trouve dans un cadre agréable. Et nous sommes déçus par les services Abritel qui n'ont pas été à la hauteur des problèmes rencontrés... Est ce normal d'autoriser un propriétaire à louer un bien à travers une plate forme avec autant d'équipements défaillants : -porte fenêtre très dégradée,ne se fermant pas. Problème constaté par l'ouvrier de maintenance qui est venu sur site. - télévision qui ne marche pas sur antenne. Nous avons dû utiliser notre propre forfait internet. - Hôte aspirante qui ne marche pas! - une cafetière italienne qui ne marche pas sur les plaques à induction. Problème constaté par le mainteneur qui était venu avec une cafetière identique. Pour éviter de tels désagréments à de futurs loueurs, nous recommandons à la platerforme Abritel de retirer cette location de son site.

Bien pero OJO NO ES UN BAJO!

El apartamento en general está bien, la zona comunitaria con piscina es perfecta ( aunque los vecinos respeten bastante poco las normas.. hasta las 12 o 1 de la madrugada la gente está en la piscina y hablando fuerte..) pero eso no es culpa de la propiedad pero OJO!!! que las imágenes no os engañen, NO ES UN BAJO con salida directa al Jardín…. Es un primer piso. No tiene aire pero hay muy buena corriente aire con las ventanas abiertas que se agradece un montón,
