With its own private entrance and bespoke interior ‘Woodland View’ is located in the popular York suburb of Holgate, which boasts its own windmill! The Holgate windmill is the oldest 5 sail windmill in England and is open to visitors on Saturday mornings.
You will enjoy all the home comforts in our spacious open plan property, with its own south facing patio area and floral rockery garden to the front - ideal for those morning coffee’s or relaxing with a book. Close by there are local supermarkets, a family run greengrocers, a chemist as well as numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and takeaways. The Fox pub is on route to the city centre and has a large beer garden and is well known for good local ales and pub food also

The property, with its large south facing bay window there is a lot of natural light giving the apartment a calming and relaxing feel, the window shutters provide the privacy when required. The lounge is a large modern space with a dining area and integral kitchen. The seating area with a modern wall mounted smart TV, consists of a large sofa bed, footstool and chair, for relaxing after a long day exploring or shopping.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances including an integral washing machine, fridge with a freezer compartment, oven/hob and microwave.
The bedroom has a double bed, dressing table with hair dryer, mirrored wardrobe and a Jack‘n’Jill style shower room that can also be accessed from the lounge.
The flat has electric heaters which can be adjusted individually for your comfort.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Kitchen essentials such as washing up liquid, tea towels are also provided as well as complimentary tea & coffee.
There is also an iron and ironing board.
We have also provided a small bistro table and chairs along with a parasol to take advantage of the lovely outside garden area.
Free on street parking is available outside the property and there is a cycle store to the rear in a secure gated courtyard, that also houses the refuse bins.
