Away From All The Hassel, Yet Close Enough To Get There Quickly

Large guest house with separate carport/entrance gate. Spacious 650Sq. foot-- three rooms with plenty of space for four.----(bedroom has queen bed , living room has day bed ). Has kitchen / eating area ,with full sized refrigerator with freezer and water/ice in door and reverse osmosis water system, microwave, coffee make , relectric skillet and toaster (no stove ) but BBQ outside at pool allows cooking of just about every thing you'll want to fix. .fire stick T V & wi-fi . Pool 13'x33' ---- 3 to 9 ft deep with water fall will provide play time and relaxation and the patio set under the rear of the house provides a shaded eating area & view of lake. There is also a gated parking area for boats , and RV units next to this guest house. (electric 30 amp, hook up & water ) contact me if you are desiring use of the storage/boat area , for approval prior to booking
NOTE...This is a 1 month Minimum stay villa. Bookings longer than one month can make payments on a monthly basis.

Great stay!

Wonderful!!!

I loved my stay at the Wild West Villa! The owners are extremely kind people and accommodating hosts. Made me feel right at home. The backyard is meticulous and offers a magical, relaxing retreat and daily view of the sunset. I highly recommend!!! Hope to stay here again soon 😊

Great place

The property was in great proximity to everything including the hospital I was working at. The renters were so nice and helped as much as they could. If I needed anything they were there. Wonderful views of the sunset!

Lake Havasu stay

We spent two months at Lake Havasu. Steve and Tonya were great hosts. The property was perfect for our needs and everything was very well kept and clean. Steve and Tonya take pride in their property and it shows. We would stay here again without hesitation. It's very private yet close to all the activity. We were very happy with the accomodations.

I spent 3 months here working a travel contract at the local hospital and could not have asked for a better experience. Tonya and Steve were great hosts. I didn't miss having a stove because there were so many cooking options available. If I ever work in the area again I would definitely return.

Steve & Tonya are amazing landlords and their place is really nice and in a great location. Not having a stove was not a problem at all as there is a BBQ, Microwave, Toaster Oven and Electric Skillet. We stayed for 3 month and did not want to leave. See you again soon.
