Ein schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Ich möchte erwähnen, dass unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort fantastisch war. Bei Fragen und Hilfestellung war der Service schnell und sehr professionell. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Einen Punkt habe ich. Die Hellhörigkeit in der Anlage durch andere Mieter war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Fazit: wir würden hier immer wieder buchen und würden es auch weiter empfehlen.

Très bel emplacement

Appartement bien situé au calme. Cala Rajada est très agréable avec peu d'immeubles et une belle promenade piétonne.

Gute ruhige Wohnung

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb vom ganzen Tummelt, somit sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Wohnung hat im Prinzip alles was man benötigt. Des weiteren stellt die Gastgeberin Sonnenschirme für den Strand zur Verfügung. Insgesamt sehr guter Aufenthalt. Danke das wir da sein durften!

Appartement nickel !

L'appartement est parfaitement conforme à la description. Il y a tous les équipements disponibles pour passer un bon séjour : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, barbecue, assez de vaisselles pour manger tous les jours sur place... La climatisation dans les chambres marchent très bien pour pouvoir dormir au frais. L'emplacemet est très bien: on peut aller à pied dans le centre de Cala Rajada, les supermarchés sont très proches en voiture. Le quartier est très calme. Xixca et Lena, les propriétaires, sont très réactives par WhatsApp et c'est très agréable d'échanger avec elles. Nous recommandons !

Schönes Terassen-Appartement

Das Objekt ist ansprechend, in der Küche war alles vorhanden. Besonders gut hat uns die grosse Terasse gefallen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wundervolle sieben Tage

... verbrachten wir in einer der zwei Ferienwohnung in Cala Ratjada. Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral. In fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hafen mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars. In jeweils 15 min gelangt man zu Fuß an die Strände Gala Agulla und Gala Gat, wobei unser Favorit die kleine familiäre Bucht Gala Gat war. Ich kann jedem empfehlen sich für die Zeit auf Mallorca einen Mietwagen zu nehmen, da man so die Möglichkeit hat, die Inseln ein wenig mehr zu entdecken. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen müssen, da man in sieben Tagen nicht sehr viel schafft. Die Ferienwohnung war einfach klasse. Sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Am liebsten saßen wir auf der Trasse und genossen die Abende und aßen dort auch mal selbzubereitete Tapas. Auch der Grill war mal in Verwendung. Für uns hat alles gepasst und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt Getoppt hat den Urlaub noch der freundliche E-Mail- Verkehr mit Maria und die nette Übergabe der Wohnung durch ihre Mutter. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub und viele Grüße aus dem verregneten Deutschland, Stephan und Nita

BEAUTIFUL PLACE FOR UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY

Beautiful apartment in the amazing neighbourhood! The rooms were clean, spacious, fully equipped. Perfect place for family holiday. I can fully recommend the place for everyone who would like to spend some quality time and feel at home while being away:) Perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing Mallorquin summer :)

Super schön!!!

Wir waren das erste mal in einer Ferienwohnung und waren total begeistert. Die Familie begrüßt dich herzlich bei der Ankunft und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es ist ein wenig abgelegen vom Strand, aber uns hat es nicht gestört, so war man immer viel zu Fuß unterwegs. Und wenn man Party machen möchte dann läuft man halt das bißchen. Man hat halt seine Ruhe vor dem Party - Leben. Wir grüßen euch hiermit... Und bis zum nächsten mal!!! LG Aus Berlin

Casa da sogno per un relax assoluto

La casa è nuovissima, accogliente, molto grande e in ottime condizioni. L'abbiamo trovato pulita, la cucina fornita di tutto e i letti molto comodi. Gli spazi sono enormi, c'è anche un bagno di servizio e un fantastico giardino che gira tutto intorno alla casa per cenare all'aperto o per prendere il sole il pomeriggio in completa tranquillità. Siamo rimasti davvero molto contenti, vicina alla spiaggia e non molto distante dal centro. L'accoglienza è stata delle migliori!!! Grazie Maria per la tua ospitalità.

Ruhe und Party in Cala Ratjada !

Wunderschöne Tage auf Mallorca ! Sehr nette Vermieterin Wie beschrieben in einer ruhigen Gegend.Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Nachbarn leise und unauffällig. Wir hatten Ruhe und wenn wir wollten Party .Zum Lidl mit dem Auto 3 Min. Dort bekommt man alles was man benötigt .Wir schätzten besonders das morgendliche Frühstück unter den Arkaden. Auch das Internet war flüssig und ohne Ausfälle. In 10 min zu fuß ist man im Zentrum. Hier sind unzählige Lokale und Biergärten wo bis in die frühen Morgenstunden gefeiert wird. Die Strände waren im Juni schon ziemlich voll, jedoch soll es in der Hauptsaison so richtig dicht werden. Am Cala Gat saß eines Tages Dieter Bohlen mit Frau und Kind neben uns. Unser Fazit: Wenn Flug und Autopreise passen kommen wir wieder. Doris u.Gerhard Österreich

Great holiday in lovely apartment!

We was in Cala Ratjada 2 weeks. This apartment is in very quiet area of the town, to close to big pine forest. The apartment is very big, clean, full equipped, bright, with romantic and warm atmosphere inside. There is all that you can need. Big and spacious living room, two cozy bed rooms, big bathroom, full equipped kitchen, even the laundry. A very big terrace is in wonderful garden with pines and palms, very comfortable and nice to spend the time there. The apartment is situated close to central streets, bars and restaurants and big central beach Son Mol. You can get also to gorgeous beaches with white sand Cala Agula, Cala Gat, Font de sa Cala, Cala Mesquida,Cala Molto. There is different supermarkets Lidl, Mercadona, Eroski, 5 min by car or 20 min walking, but there is close to the apartment also a lot of "Spar" and other small food shops. Big and special Thanks to the owner Maria and your sister! Ladies are very nice and always ready to help. We was always in contact and they gave us a lot of useful information. Certainly we will come back next year in this wonderful apartment and place!
