Bosham and itchenor 2 glorious sailing villages within 15mins and the gorgeous beaches of west wittering 15 mins drive.
Can book fishing/ private tennis lessons / sailing / pubs etc for you in advance before arrival

Why they chose this property
This is a fantastic family house for a great holiday. Gardens are beautiful with many different areas. 2 proper outdoor eating areas one next to the house with gas bbq can seat 10. And another down by the pool with separate pool kitchen and another bbq and fire pit. Can sit 10 people. Tennis court swimming Pool with pool indoor shower. Games room with air hockey table and gymnastics equipment. Trampoline swing and slide. Garage equipped with 2x paddle boards and 1x kayak all to be used. Various bikes and boogie boards.

Can walk/ bike to the marina. Can bike into Chichester or a 2 min drive. 10 mins drive to glorious beach of west wittering.

Lots of sailing locally and children camps available if book early enough.
House is spacious and homely and fully equipped as it is our main family home( there will be more clothes and things because of that but space will be made available )
