The villa has a lovely outdoor area with private pool. The pool has a plateau where you can enjoy the sun at your leisure. The park itself has a large communal swimming pool with children’s pool. The private pool has 6 comfortable sunbeds and an outdoor shower and BBQ. On the porch you can enjoy breakfast in the shade at the high table with 6 comfortable chairs or enjoy a drink in the relaxed lounge set. Through the sliding doors you are immediately in the kitchen which is fully equipped.

You have a large TV and good (free) wifi. In the living room and kitchen you have air conditioning and 2 ceiling fans. All bedrooms have ample closet space, air conditioning and luxury beds with good mattresses.

The house has a boiler, washing machine, safe and an alarm system.

Water and electricity are charged according to consumption. Surcharge for water is 8 euros per m3 and electricity 0.45 per KWH.
