Dirty filthy rotten

The caravan was rotten, the cups the plates, the frying pans. The shower had pubic hair all in it. One of the bedroom windows had no handle so wouldn’t shut so no could sleep in there as it was so cold because the heating were little vents in the cupboard that blew a tiny bit of air from and also the fire in the front room overheated after 10 mins of using and cut off. Terrible terrible

Not terrible but definitely not great

I ended up spending extra money to make our stay more comfortable. I received an email stating that due to the warmer weather we may experience an ant problem. I had to purchase ant spray which the owner could have easily done and this helped completely. There were only about 4 glasses, which considering the caravan sleeps 8 is slightly confusing, some of these were huge pint glasses obviously from the club house, so I purchased a few extra tumblers to make our stay more convenient. There were no hooks in the toilet so nowhere to hang a hand towel. I bought 'Command' stick on hooks and installed them. Generally lots of little details that could easily have been rectified and weren't considered.

Family Holiday

We stayed for a long weekend and it was very good - lots to do in the local area and it took us to find the newer infrastructure on site as its not very well signposted but there is some nice bits and play areas the kids loved it
