Dreckige und kaputte Unterkunft

Wir waren mit der Familie, unserem Sohn (1,5 Jahre) und Hund für 14 Tage in diesem Haus. Der Check-In war kontaktlos, da der Schlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox am Haus aufbewahrt wird. So ist man sehr flexibel, hat aber nicht direkt einen Ansprechpartner. Auf den ersten Blick war das Haus sauber, aber bei genauem Hinsehen war es einfach nur ekelhaft: - dreckige Schonbezüge auf den Betten - dicke Staubschichten auf den Oberflächen - überall schwarze, kurze Haare (von einem Hund vielleicht?) - dreckiger Grill - dreckiger Backofen - etc Aber nicht nur die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig, sondern auch technisch ist das Haus in schlechtem Zustand: - Fenster bleiben nicht geöffnet, sondern fallen auch ohne Wind zu - Terrassentüren konnten nicht arretiert werden - kaputte Gartenmöbel - Dunstabzugshaube löste sich in ihre Einzelteile auf - Türen im OG schließen nicht richtig - Wasser in der Dusche im EG floss nicht ab - WC Spülung klemmte und das Wasser lief weiter Zudem ist die Hausbeschreibung falsch. Es gibt KEIN Familienzimmer und in KEINEM Zimmer ist Platz für ein Kinderreisebett. Wir mussten eine der Kommoden verschieben, damit unser Kind bei uns schlafen konnte. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Haus auf keinen Fall empfehlen und rate besonders Familien mit Kleinkind/ Baby von einer Buchung ab. DanCenter hat uns übrigens nur sehr bedingt geholfen.
