Home Select International offers you this bright apartment with spectacular sea views over the Golf of Roses. It is located on the top floor of a two-story house with seven apartments and is just about 50 meters from the beach of Empuriabrava. Upon entering this tastefully decorated apartment, you will find on the left the resting area with a bathroom. The small bedroom features two single beds (90 x 190 cm), nightstands with lamps, a built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning. The large bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), two nightstands with lamps, a built-in wardrobe, a console with a stool, air conditioning, and direct access to a large terrace with sea views. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, heater, and washing machine. To the right of the apartment entrance is the open kitchen. It is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator/freezer. The dining area has a table and five chairs. The living area is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, two coffee tables, a TV with international channels, and air conditioning. The living room has access to the large terrace, which is furnished with a table, four chairs, and two sun loungers to enjoy the stunning views. Two electric awnings provide shade. The apartment also has electric blinds and Wi-Fi. Additionally, the apartment includes a small closed garage (4 x 2.40 m, no electricity) for storing small vehicles, bicycles, or sports equipment.
