Entrance

Sea & Sun Penthouse has a private parking area inside the property to park your car hires. The main entrance is at the 5th floor, accessible from the elevator that is available from the underground parking.

Living Space & Kitchen

The bright, open plan seating, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor is a great place to socialize after a day at the beach. There are patio doors and windows which flood the room with light and really open up the feeling of space. There is also a large balcony located off this space, with a panoramic view at the sea and the mountains with a gas BBQ.

There is also a desk that can be used as an office at the first floor of the residence, where you will find a balcony with an outdoor hot tub.

The property has been built in 2023 and has 150 m2 of inner space, as well as 40 m2 of balconies, 3 bedrooms with king sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a 50'' smart TV and three large balconies, all with a panoramic views to the sea and the mountains.
