The neighborhood

Aldea Zama, the neighborhood in which this building is, is the closest residential area to the world ranked beaches in Tulum. It gives you the added benefit of being able to stay within bicycle riding distance from the beach, but with all the modern conveniences of brand new building! A car would be ideal of course, but that is true of every condo in Mexico. The benefit of the area is it's proximity, and lower price compared to beachfront options.

Getting around

These condos are NOT on the beach, but are CYCLING distance (About 1.2 miles door to sand). There are off road cycling lanes that allows you to cycle safely cycle to beach, Tulum ruins and town.You can also rent a car ( for a longer trips to see the sights ) or just take a taxi wherever you may need it. Clearly, a car is the most comfortable and convenient, but depending on your comfort level requirements, a bike could be all you need.
