Lovely, traditional stone villa situated in the village Mirca on the island Brač. The house itself is a wonderful example of the heritage architecture on Dalmatian islands, redecorated and furnished for the pleasure of its guests. It is situated on a 345 sqm property, and has a quite secluded position, so it is ideal for all those seeking peace and quiet with a stunning sea view. The pool and the beach chairs are the ideal features of the villa for all the moments you don’t feel like going to the beach, and if you feel like doing some sports, there is a basketball court at your disposal. The exterior of the villa features a separate, little stone house as well, where you can find the barbecue, summer kitchen and a lovely area to spend time with your family or friends. While it is obvious there are plenty of places to enjoy the sunshine, the villa also has a beautiful shade terrace protected with grape vine. No doubt, the charming villais a place you will enjoy and gladly come back to.
