About this property
A traditional stone villa with swimming pool
There is something special thing about the island villas. They have the extraordinary ability to merge the beautiful, traditional stone island architecture with the most contemporary design and features. Thismodern poolside villaon the island Brač is just like that. A truly majestic house that will make you reconsider the length of your stay. Even though it is situated in the center of Bol, the villa ensures complete privacy, and the terrace offers a spectacular view over the Adriatic. The house is perfect for a party of 9 guest but can easily accommodate up to 15 guests in 5 bedrooms. The outdoor pool with the sun loungers is ideal for the moments you seek refreshment, but don’t feel like going to the beach. The interior designers did an excellent merge of the modern style with the stone walls using contemporary wall decorations and modern appliances. The sauna is an extra perk in case of a rainy day or simply a wish to enjoy your day in a different way.
Apart from the amazing beach, The Golden Horn, and all the activities it offers, Brač is an island with a wide range of activities. The active sport lovers among you will enjoy the mountain Vidova Gora is located just above Bol. In case you wish to explore the island more, we recommend you head to the northern coast where you can visit Pučišća and its sculptor’s academy. The white stone from Brač is one of the best in Europe and was used to build the lobby of the UN building in New York and the basilica of St. Peter in Vatican.

What makes this property unique
Bol, a municipality situated on the southern coast of the island Brač is the most famous destination on this Adriatic island, and one of the most visited locations in Croatia. A 1630 inhabitants place is the home of the most famous Croatian beach, The Golden Horn. A wonderful, fine pebbled beach has a shape of a horn and often changes it shape due to the strong winds and sea currents. The most developed economy sector is precisely tourism, and the luxury tourism keeps expanding every year.
