About this property
Luxury heritage villa in Dubrovnik
Would you like to experience the live of the high class in Dubrovnik during the Great Depression? Welcome to thisluxurious villa, and all the splendor it has to offer. Built in the 1930s, the villa has no resemblance to the period in which it was built. Fortunately, it was preserved until contemporary times and was cautiously renewed in all its glory. The exterior of the villa was leveled up with a beautiful pool, and the terrace offers a view on the majestic Dubrovnik city walls, probably the worthiest Renaissance monument in Dalmatia. Its walls built with beautiful pristine white stone are a reminiscent of the past, complemented with original art deco furniture on the inside. The rooms and the kitchen, however, aspire contemporary luxury and elegant details were carefully chosen. We can tell you with certainty; the first owners of the glorious villa, Dr. Milčević, and his lovely wife, would be more than happy with its modern look.
We are quite convinced you’ve heard about Dubrovnik. The pearl of the Adriatic, Paradise on earth according to Lord Byron and George Bernard Shaw will enchant you. Situated in southern part of Dalmatia, Dubrovnik has been through the thick and thin, and fortunately, has risen from it all with all the splendor and pride. A town, an ancient Republic will welcome you like no other place in the world.

What makes this property unique
First things first, go to the Town and simply enjoy. This beautiful, renaissance and baroque town is the most famous destination in Croatia, and for a very good reason. After a city tour, you should climb the Walls to enjoy the view on the ancient town, as well as the Adriatic, the islands and the infinite blue sky. Once you wish to rest, Dubrovnik has an exquisite gastronomy offer. Weather you prefer a smaller, more intimate restaurant or a Michelin star place you can find it all inside the city’s walls. For a prefect evening, go to one of the classical music concerts in front of the church St. Vlaho or any of the numerous Klapa performances on Stradun, the main street of Dubrovnik.
