It is located in front of Victoria beach and is very close to areas of interest such as supermarkets, excellent restaurants, tapas bars and entertainment in the city. In addition, in summer, you can enjoy the great sports atmosphere of the Cádiz Arena, a seasonal sports stadium located right in front of the accommodation. It is a very well connected area where parking will not be a problem as it has a private parking space.
It has 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The building has an elevator and the apartment has a small 3m2 terrace to see the best sunsets overlooking the sea.
