Centrally located near Santa Cruz, this vibrant apartment is ideal for a getaway in Lisbon. Within walking distance, you can enjoy the location amenities such as malls, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with all types of cuisines.
It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table for four where you can dine with loved ones, and a door that leads onto a private, furnished terrace that is perfect for relaxing.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some yummy homemade meals.
There are two bedrooms. The first room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and the second has two single beds; all beds are complete with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
Important note: The street is a little busy and therefore may be some noise.

Santa Cruz is a neighbourhood located in the central-eastern part of Lisbon, Portugal. It is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city and is known for its historical and cultural significance. The neighbourhood is characterized by its narrow streets, small squares, and traditional Portuguese architecture, including houses with colourful tiles and wrought-iron balconies. It is a lively neighbourhood with many cafes, bars, and restaurants that serve traditional Portuguese cuisine. There are also several local shops selling souvenirs and artisanal products. In addition, Santa Cruz is home to several historical landmarks and museums, such as the Convent of Santa Cruz, the Museum of Music, and the Palace of the Marquises. It is well-connected by public transportation, with several tram and bus lines passing through the area and to several popular tourist attractions, such as the Belem Tower and the Jeronimos Monastery, making it a convenient place to stay for visitors to Lisbon.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest transit station, R. Morais Soares, is just a 1-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
