This magnificent one storey house is located off the main central street in San Jaime Mediterráneo. The house has its own private swimming pool and gardens and given its location, it offers some breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the Son Bou beach from several different locations around the house.)
The layout has been designed in order to maximise comfort for our guests.
There is air conditioning in the dining-living room.
The house has a large covered and uncovered outdoor terrace, which can be used as an alternative dining area for enjoying lunch on a sunny day, or a beautiful dinner under the star filled skies at night, the perfect spot for some rest and relaxation.
The swimming pool with terrace and gardens give our customers the option to get the most from the grounds of the house as well as the interior.
The double room enjoys independent access onto the terrace from where the views are breathtaking.
The spacious living-dining room with a fireplace make this room a very comfortable and relaxing space for all to enjoy and the large glass doors allow sunlight to enter all day.

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
