Cozy apartment just a 5 minute walk from the Arenal de'n Castell beach. The apartment is located in a community with a shared garden and pool. Very quiet residential area with a family atmosphere. About 200 meters away there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping area. There is also a pharmacy, car rental... ideal for a family vacation.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 peopleand has been recently renovated.
It consists of a living room with air conditioning, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob, kettle, Italian coffee maker and a toaster.
It has a separate laundry room with washing machine and a drying area.
Portable barbecue.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds and another double bedroom with a double bed, both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There is a beautiful covered terrace with outdoor furniture and sunbeds.

The house rules do not allow the organisation of partiesevents of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
