Villa Zodiaco Acuario by Escape Home

The Villas Zodiaco are 2 semi-detached villas. The Zodiaco Acuario villa is located in the urb. from Son bou about 600 meters from the beach of the same name. It consists of 3 double bedrooms with a maximum capacity of up to 6 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with a window that gives access to the terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the sunset of Menorca. The main floor consists of a living room with ceiling fans, free WIFI for customers, Smart TV, bluetooth. Beautiful kitchen, well equipped, with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric and capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave, fridge with freezer. Next to the living room there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer. On the lower floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and two of them with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a shower with a hairdryer.
The outdoor area consists of a private pool with a well-kept private garden and a built-in barbecue. On the outside under the stairs is the washing machine.

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
