La Martina by Escape Home

A country house that is located in a private agricultural environment of about 3 hectares, giving it a great feeling of privacy. With an interior path that gives access to the entire land. It consists of a single floor to accommodate 4 people, ideal for a couple with children. Located in Pou Nou on the outskirts of Sant Lluís. It is 10 minutes by car from the beaches of the south coast such as Binibeca, Punta Prima. La Martina has a large Menorcan-style porch to enjoy long summer nights with a beautiful built-in barbecue, a large garden surrounded by flowers and plants with a pleasant natural grass where children can play.
Inside we find a living-dining room with an American-style kitchen fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, TV and Wi-Fi, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher (living room with fan).
It consists of 1 double bedroom with a double bed and 2 single bedrooms. All with fans. The three bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and 2 sinks.
Its pleasant and cozy porch has comfortable sofas and armchairs. Large solarium with sun loungers, outdoor shower, laundry room with separate washing machine.
You will periodically receive a visit from the owner who grows tomatoes, peppers, aubergines as well as taking care of his animals such as chickens and geese on a farm near the house.

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
