A spacious single-storey villa in a quiet area near an incredibly beautiful beach! For those who love being close to the sea and being able to let the children play freely on the playground outside the house. Just 600 meters from the sea awaits this spacious 1-storey villa suitable for the smaller family or couple. Here you live in the old fishing village of Viken. The house has large living areas with a spacious dining table between the large kitchen and the living room. An open area so you are together during your holiday. There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the rooms are currently suitable for children. Full size beds. The second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is fresh and modern which makes the trip comfortable and easy! Here you can find every conceivable comfort. As it is a permanent residence, respect private things that may occur and it is not allowed to go down into the basement, apart from that you should feel warmly welcome and enjoy in a villa where you can now almost sniff the sandy beach. Little else to do while you're here anyway. Visit Kullaberg nature reserve with nature room. No other Swedish city is as strongly associated with ceramics as Höganäs. Here, the kilns have been fired hot for almost two hundred years. At Outlet Handelsplats Höganäs you can shop for glass and ceramics, books, clothes, sportswear and kitchen utensils, among other things. In the area there is also a café, a fish shop, a flea market and a ceramic center. In the area there are a large number of golf courses, the closest is Helsingborgs Gk in Viken, only 500m from the house. For those interested in fishing, the entire Kulla Peninsula offers fantastic sea fishing.
