The Cottage has been newly renovated for 2020 offering stylish & modern accommodation for couples and families only a two minute walk from the coast. Our cute cottage has been decorated to a high standard to include a cosy open plan living space with a wood burning stove. In the new extension there is a separate kitchen with a door to the garden and a master suite with sliding doors leading to the garden. Upstairs is a cosy mezzanine bedroom with two extra large single beds. 1 small dog welcome The space 8 Kirkgate has been transformed into a cosy, funky & colourful two bedroom property. The simple facade of the building gives no hint of the contemporary space & private back garden. As you enter the property you come through our small front garden area which is a great place to sit and enjoy the morning sun whilst meeting the locals. The large bright open plan living area offers a relaxing sitting area with a log burning stove and a spacious dining area. A modern downstairs shower room with walk-in shower is off this room. The brand new extension houses a luxury kitchen where a breakfast bar can be used for a quick snack or glass of wine while keeping the cook company! Leading on from here is the beautiful master suite with its sliding patio doors giving access to the south-west facing private rear garden and an ensuite shower room. Beautifully crafted birch stairs lead from the living area to a cosy and bright mezzanine level bedroom which has two extra-large single beds. Roof height is slightly limited up here so it's an ideal space for children but it can also cater for two adults. The Cottage is warm and cosy all year round with its log burning stove and gas combi boiler fueling traditional cast iron radiators.
Pittenweem is a great place to walk and therefore I am happy to have one small dog per booking, but would need to know the breed prior to booking. There is an additonal charge for extra cleaning required. Guest access The whole property including back and front gardens are private for the guests use only. Other things to note One small well behaved dog is welcome per booking but this must be requested first as it is dependant on the breed. There is an additional charge due to the extra cleaning required.
