About this property

Cosy Home in the centre of Amble

Situated in the heart of the waterfront town of Amble, the 'friendliest port in England', this cosy property is within walking distance of the town centre, as well as the harbour and fantastic beaches.

Not only an ideal base for the town itself, but also the wider area and all that Northumberland has to offer.

The house is a two bedroom, semi-detached property tucked on a quiet side street, away from the main road. The ground floor comprises the living room and kitchen/diner, while the stairs from the hallway lead to the two bedrooms (1 x king, 1 x double) and family bathroom on the first floor.

A welcome retreat after a full day of exploring!

Super place to stay

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and has everything you need. It is really central for the beach and the main high street. It was very quiet at night and never heard a thing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice little cottage.

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the harbour. Stayed for three nights and could’ve stayed longer! Nicely furnished throughout.

Short break in Amble

The property was very clean and well decorated. A quick 5 minute walk took you to the town centre and a small sandy beach. The property was well stocked with utensils, bedding and towels. I would have liked a fuller description on the website as to what was included in the property so I didn’t have to bother the owner. We parked right outside the property. Are at The Old Boathouse and then at the Harbour Inn pub which we preferred as the food was really good and cheaper than the Boathouse. Would have like a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothes up etc but apart from that, everything was fine.
