Hayloft barn sleeps 4 guests, 1 bedroom upstairs with ensuite and 1 bedroom downstairs and another bathroom downstairs. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Open lounge - dinning room. Patio doors opening out to a patio and open garden space. Great escape to the country side with a great country pub down the road within walking distance.
We are near the historical town Southwell and Newark. Lots of country walks on the doorstep and in the next village is the River Trent with a lovely river walk.
We have lots of car parking right out the barns and 2 EV chargers.

Why they chose this property
The area is awesome. Great countryside. Lovely pub in the village from us within walking distance. Near the historical town Southwell and also nearby is the town Newark. Southwell race course near by and the River Trent with great fishing and lovely river walk.
