Beautifully situated in a quiet spot close to Perissa, within walking distance of Perissa’s black sandy beach, The Birds Villa Apartment offer guests complimentary transfer to and from the port. The apartment has air condition, a big private balcony with a view a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utilities, microwave, coffee and tea facilities, separate bedrooms, hairdryer, TV, wifi and FREE townie car up to 5 people till the last night of your stay. The swimming pool is shared with other 8 apartments and has umbrellas and lounge chairs where guests can enjoy breakfast.

Free transfer from the port or the airport to the villa(between 07.00 am to 22.00 pm) and continental breakfast included.

The property is situated in Perissa beach in the southern part of the island. We are just 500m from the biggest beach of the island and just 400m from the restaurants, bars, supermarket, and local bus station. With your free car, you can easily explore the beaches of the island like Red beach, Kamari beach, Vlychada beach, and Monolithos beach plus with a 15min drive, you are in the center of the island, Fira town To the other side of the island Oia you can drive in 35 min. With our office, you can also book daily tours to Volcano and to the hot springs or hire ATVs for fun.\

An oasis in Perissa
Super relaxing due to the incredible efforts of the team with airport pick up, car arrangements, breakfast each day, cleaning every day. Efficient, kind, thoughtful and charming they made our stay wonderful. The outside space is excellent thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful oasis
Santorini has a reputation for big crowds and touristic experiences. The Villa of the Birds was a wonderful oasis very close to Perissa Beach. We could eat a leisurely (complementary) breakfast, lounge by the immaculate pool, listen to the birds, sleep soundly far from the partiers in Fira and still be just a short drive from the fancy culinary experiences, yacht tours, and hikes that are a must-do on the island. The establishments on Perissa Beach were such a luxury for this Washingtonian used to the rugged, wild Pacific Coast.
