Outside there is a front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, and lockable bike storage, a rear shared garden with lawn and access to the river, a shared driveway, and an EV charging point, extra charges apply payable directly to the owner. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 1.3 miles, a pub in 1 mile, and River Dun in 0.1 miles. WiFi, furl, power, bed linen, towels and highchair are all available in the price. The Dunnit is a fabulous base for a family trip to Hampshire. Note: Children must be supervised at all times whilst near the river. Note: There are steps to the exterior. Note: The property is based on the owner's grounds.
