Located in a quiet area, this bright apartment on the top floor has a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a reading corner and a small work area, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. The house also has two terraces, one at the front, very cozy, ideal for quiet breakfasts and another with a barbecue and solarium area, from where you can watch the sunset at the end of the day.
