Well located bright apartment

This is a very bright apartment with interesting art in a great location near metro and bus stops, grocery stores, parks, cafes and bars. The personable host, Tompa, is very accommodating and met us midday so we could check in early. Be aware that it is occupied by the host except when guests are there so it is not specifically oriented to guests and one feels they are living in someone else’s personal space. That was a drawback for us but may not be for others.

charming apartment in an interesting central area

Nice and Apartment with good equipment in an interesting area, not far from the center of Stockholm. The apartment is big enough for 2 people. It is not an empty holiday apartment- you recognize, that usually somebody lives there. It is not a calm place showing to the street and at one of the bigger streets nearby people are crusing with cars and motorbikes- so it is noisy at night.

Full of stock because” he is supposed to move”

The owner accepted that we arrived at noon and advised us that the apartment won’t be shinning ,the dressing gowns were on the hook and we had to keep there because he lives there . It was like a friend apartment and not a tourist location apartment. No hair dryer, no pepper no place in the closet or drawers. He said to keep our things in our luggage. He told us that we can have our cash back but we weren’t interested to look for an other place to leave during our vacation.

Great Location

Property is in a convenient location. Close to public transit stops. Five minute walk to a grocery store. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Wifi worked well.

Keine Ferienwohnung

Der Vermieter hatte alle seine Sachen in der Wohnung. Alle Schränke waren voll, wir konnten unsere Kleidung nicht aufhängen. Im Schlafzimmer standen zwei große Ikea-Pakete neben dem Bett. In der Küche befand sich stinkender Biomüll und im Wohnzimmer stand eine Matratze an der Wand. Alles in allem nicht akzeptabel!

Hemtrevligt i Vasastan

Trevligt boende med superläge i Vasastan. Allt du behöver finns i hushållet. Nära till restauranger, butiker och tunnelbana. Värden mycket vänlig, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående.

I stayed only one night. The apartment was adequate and in a good location. Tompa was pleasant to communicate with. Stockholm is awesome.

Perfect spot!

Close to buses and trains as well as grocery stores, liquor store and restaurants. The appartment was lovely and well equipped.

Sejour de 3 nuits 3 personnes

Sejour de 3 nuits avec mes 2 enfants (20 ans et 17 ans) L'appartement possede un grand lit double + 1 matelas gonflable + possibilite de dormir dans le canape (non convertible). L'appartement est parfait pour 1 couple ou famille de 3 personnes. Le proprietaire, tompa, est super sympa, et est disponible pour toutes questions. L'appartement est tres bien situe, proche des commerces (supermarche a 100m qui ferme a 22h) et de restaurants et proche des principaux sites : on est a 10/15 min a pied du centre norrmalm et du centre historique gamla stan + 2 stations de metro a 5 mn a pied (donc c'est parfait pour les visites, on peut alterner marche a pied et metro). Je recommande donc vivement cette location.

Perfekt läge

Vi hade ett par jättebra dagar i Vasastan i Tompas lägenhet. Läget var perfekt för oss, nära till parker, shopping etc. Tompa var dessutom väldigt snabb på att besvara de frågor vi hade under vår vistelse. Lägenheten fullt utrustad, vi saknade inget. Mysigt att sitta ute på balkongen på kvällen. Inget negativt för oss, men värt att påpeka är att lägenheten endast har en dubbelsäng. Om man är fler än 2 gäster är det luftmadrass som gäller. Funkade bra för oss eftersom det var ett barn som sov på den, men kan vara bra att veta för någon som är lite äldre.

It felt like home

We (three adults) enjoyed our stay at Tompa's beautiful, light-flooded apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. It had everything you need to cook a meal or prepare your breakfast. The living room and the bedroom are spacious. The bathroom is rather small but worked fine for us. Although the flat is located not far from the center it was quiet during the night.The communication with the host was very good. We would definitely stay there again!
