The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and a twin (zip/link), serviced by a shower room. To the outside is a raised terrace garden with furniture, bike storage and off-road parking for two small cars. This property will accept two pets however smoking is not allowed. Travel cot, highchair, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Within 1.8 miles or less there is a shop. Book West View and break away to this Cumbrian region. Note: Steep steps to access garden, take care. Note: the property doesn't accept Sunday's check-ins. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200. Please note: This property will be pleased to accept babies in arms or children over the age of 5 only. Please note: This property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Please note the property can not accommodate change over on a Sunday. Please note: EV charging is not allowed at this property.

Two small to medium well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.6 miles. Access to the garden is via steep steps and is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. The property will be decorated for Christmas for bookings in December. This property will be pleased to accept children over the age of 5 only. This property does not accept Sunday changeovers. EV charging is not allowed at this property

Town: A few miles from the beach community of Arnside, Milnthorpe, a former significant mediaeval market town, is situated in the South Lakes between Kendal and Carnforth. The town's old buildings and narrow streets, which speak of a time when a coach and four was more typical than a four-wheel drive, may still be found today. The Lakeland Wildlife Oasis, which is located in a gorgeous, undulating landscape, has a lot to offer, including a tropical hall and a butterfly house. Visitors can enjoy a wonderful day out visiting the historic and gorgeous stately houses Dallam Tower and Levens Hall, which have deer parks, topiaries, and decorative gardens. Additionally accessible and well worth a visit are Leighton Hall, Sizergh Castle, the Great Lakes Aquarium, Windermere, and Grizedale Forest. There is truly something for everyone, from breathtaking limestone pavements and lovely woodland walks to beaches and gorgeous coastal paths.
