Very nice place to stay.

Perfect om Madrid en de omliggende steden te bezoeken. De eigenaar is zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Pluspunt is ook de mooie tuin die je mag gebruiken, en het zwembad. De ingang is wel aan de noordkant gelegen, waardoor je bij bewolkt weer weinig daglicht binnenkrijgt.

Appartement bien équipé, agréable espaces extérieures, grande piscine...description conforme! Idéale pour famille souhaitant decouvrir Madrid et les environs. 25-30min de confuite pour rejoindre la Plaza Major.

An incredible find!

This was the best place we could have picked for a week in Madrid! Communication was excellent and very responsive. Rai speaks very good English, which was a godsend for us, since my Spanish is a bit sketchy. Check-in was a beeeze. The accommodation was spotless when we arrived and very-well maintained. It was very hot in Madrid for early May, but the apartment was on the bottom level of a beautiful home with a swimming pool we could use whenever we wanted. The apartment stayed very cool, even during the heat of the day. The owners offered us a fan, but we never needed it. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for making breakfast and lunch (we went out for dinner most nights). The living room was very comfortable and we had great TV and wifi reception. The bathroom is excellent, with lots of hot water and exceptional water pressure. The shower head is a rain-type, but it was easily adjusted to spray forward. This was probably the best shower we’ve had during our stays in Europe. The bed was quite comfortable, although just a wee bit small for the two of us (we’re both over 6-feet tall). Although at first glance the apartment appeared small, there is an over-abundance of closet space in the bedroom and multiple other storage options. The bed has very large drawers on both sides, and even the living room table opens up to reveal plenty of storage space, so the place was never cluttered, and we weren’t travelling lightly since we’re in Iberia for almost 7 weeks. Our hosts, Rai and Natalie, were charming and very informative. They treated us like family and were always ready to help out with any request promptly. The grounds are lovely and there was no noise at night at all. The apartment is situated in a beautiful development just on the western outskirts of Madrid. There was plenty of excellent shopping nearby and great restaurants not far away. We highly recommend this place. It’s great for a couple and quite suitable for longer stays. You won’t regret choosing this one! You really do need a car, though, for access to central Madrid. We also went to Segovia, Avila and Toledo, all within about an hour of the house. Just go! We hope Rai and Natalie will come visit us in Victoria, Canada some day. They will always be welcome. Gracias por todo!! ❤️

Excelente lugar, ubicación, limpieza y atención

No lo dudes ni un segundo, la limpieza del lugar es sobresaliente y Raymundo y su familia siempre están al pendiente muy amables, la zona es muy agradable y segura.
