Luxurious holiday home with sauna

This detached holiday home is located in the beautiful Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, which opened in 2023. It is located 16 km. from the famous Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The scenic North Sea beach is only 1.2 km away. The holiday home is comfortable, fully furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor you will find a nice living room with smart TV with streaming function. The modern kitchen with cooking island features a combi oven, dishwasher and wine fridge. There is one double bedroom with smart TV with streaming function and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs, there are double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms features a bathtub with shower. The other bathroom has a shower and a nice sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There is also a separate toilet on the landing. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. Through the patio doors, you can reach the spacious terrace over the water with lounge and dining set. From the terrace, you can enjoy a view over the creek. There is parking for two cars at the house. Here you will also find a charging station for your electric car. At the Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, various holiday homes, bungalows, villas and group accommodations can be booked for two to twenty people. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools at the resort will be open from July 7, 2023.
