Elegantly furnished, relax in this spacious condo that is perfect for a family of up to 8 or a couple's retreat. Enjoy the well-stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, tile floors, and inviting décor. We have the best beaches in the world - and provide an umbrella and two beach chairs to enjoy it! Take the short walk to the 2200 foot Seascape private beach, or enjoy tennis, a wonderful golf course right out your front door, or take a dip in Seascape resort’s many pools, including the two spectacular pools exclusive to Ariel Dunes 1. This condo is in an AMAZING location, just over a mile to the world-class Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, and just a couple of miles more to either stunning Grand Boulevard, Villages of Baytowne Wharf, or the many attractions of Destin. We offer a large Master BR with a King-sized bed, a spacious guest BR with Queen-sized bed, and a two-bed bunk room for the kids. We have the best sleeper sofa available anywhere, with a super-comfortable Queen-sized mattress - you have to sleep on it to believe it! We’re excited about making your beach vacation a joyful experience! Book today!

Great space

Condo was very spacious. Master bedroom had a huge king bed with a big bathroom. Both bedrooms were great size both with closet space as well. 3rd bedroom with bunk beds was perfect for a single person or kids, it also had a cabinet for clothes.Great location with amazing views.

Mirimar Beach Stay

Retreat

We spent a few days in this lovely condo just relaxing and enjoying the view. The weather was very cold and windy, so we didn’t get to the beach, but we could enjoy viewing it from the balcony/living area and bedroom. We were conviently located to local attractions and restaurants.

Perfect place to stay

Perfect place for the Avett Moon Music Festival. Condo was perfect, nicely decorated, nice view of the water and clean. Pickleball courts and beach close by and a quick walk to the Waffle House. We could even hear and see the music festival from the walkway. Thank you for letting us stay!

Peaceful Stay and Beautiful Views

This is the first time I’ve booked a stay on Vrbo (our daughter usually does it). The owners, Kim and Richard’s communication and friendliness thru email was wonderful and we had no issues finding the condo and checking in. The condo was very clean, comfy, and roomy. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was great, plenty of water pressure and a handheld shower nozzle, which I prefer when showering. We loved the view! We could hear the sound of the ocean while sitting on our balcony. We felt so comfortable at Shelley Shores, we will definitely stay here on our next trip to Destin. Thank you Kim and Richard for sharing this gem of a place.

The owners were nice. The view was awesome. It was a life changing trip for 4 generations of a family to be able to take together. We would gladly go again and stay at the same place. This was perfect!!!

Loved the view and layout of the condo. The bunk beds were very small and not comfortable for adults but the pull out couch was pretty comfortable. The third bedroom is really just a small space with the bunk beds. Living and dining areas were great for our family. Needed a bit more explaining on what part of the beach was for our building. Wouldn’t bring more than 6.

Great unit. Well maintained and modern style. Owners provided extra supplies (kitchen/toiletries) in unit which was convenient. Communication pre-arrival with hosts was perfect! My only minor issue was housekeeping was camped out by my door an hour before checkout. Would recommend unit to anyone!

Our family of 5 had the best stay at this beautiful condo! Location is perfect, the view is gorgeous, and we all slept very comfortably. We used the beach chairs and umbrella everyday, which saved us a lot of money. The owners were very accomodating and quick to respond to our questions. We can't wait to return!

Vacation

My family and I travel to Florida annually as we have family that resides in Fl. This area is a great area to visit as restaurants and so many activities are within a 10 mile radius. This condo has three bedrooms but one room is very small with small bunk beds. My daughter and granddaughter slept comfortably in that room though. I would stay here again even though I don’t like height. I was under the impression that the room was on the beach but it is about a five minute walk to the beach and a very beautiful view from the room.

Paradise retreat

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, condo was clean, well equipped including beach chairs and umbrella. Spacious balcony with magnificent view of the beach and ocean. 3 minute walk to beach. Shopping, restaurants all nearby. Hosts were accessible and very helpful.

Beautiful views

The views of the gulf cannot be beat from this unit. Easy check in. There are books and games and brochures of local things to check out. Kitchen well equipped. I would update some of the towels and linens/bedding just to be a little more modern and plush but nothing wrong with what’s there. Just a recommendation. AC worked great, loved the beach chairs available. Balcony furniture was great to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine while looking over the emerald water. Would definitely stay again. Owner accommodated a checkout for us too as we were in town for a funeral and driving in very late at night which was much appreciated! Seascape is a great location too near restaurants and shops!

Amazing experience

The property was very clean and everything that was listed you get ,check in was super easy and the host of the property were very nice and very responsive . The view of the ocean was a site to see from the balcony. My family and I will definitely return back in the summer.

We fell in love with every part of Ariel Dunes I #1402 in Seascape Resort from the start. It suits our vacation desires - spacious accommodations for all, fantastic views and beach access, but the kicker for us was the proximity to the very beautifully sculpted shopping areas and Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, Grand Blvd, Destin Commons, and Baytowne Wharf. The restaurants around us are fantastic, with everything from quick and delicious food to some of the finest dining in the world. And then - the beach!!! Rick has travelled the world - there is no question Destin/Miramar Beach has THE best beaches you will ever find!
