Great location in great city

Our visit—myself, my wife, and adult son—was great. The property was exactly as shown on the app. It was a superior location, right by the San Sebastián vaporetto stop, close but not too close to the Rialto Bridge. On the first floor (2nd for Americans), it was quiet and accessible. Get ready to use WhatsApp to communicate; after I figured that out, communications were perfect. The second bedroom had two twin beds, so four is the maximum fit. The plumbing worked well and we learned how to make Italian coffee in their Moka! Negatives? We couldn’t access the closet for cleaning supplies, we bought a bath mat as the tub was a little slippery and there could be more towels . The Coop is nearby for supplies. Be careful to observe the fussy Venice trash disposal rules (you can do it and there are instructions). Enjoy!

Venice

We stayed at a beautiful and spacious apartment. But the water flow was terrible in the shower. It basically drizzled out. Also, the property manager gave us bad instructions and we couldn’t find it and he told us he would wait 10 mins or he would leave. It was very frustrating for us but we finally arrived. All in all, it was a great spot but the shower sucked!!

Great location! Needed more bathroom supplies.

This is a spacious apartment in a great location. The personalized check-in with Ernst was very helpful. However, there was no soap in the bathroom; we had to buy more toilet paper, and the shower needs a rubber mat as it is very slippery.

Venice

Check in and communication was a disaster in part due to inability to access internet. I told the owner (?) when we would arrive and was told to contact 3rd party who handles keys and check in. Unable to connect with them. Ended up sitting in the square for almost 4 hours before we were admitted. Apartment was nice and had good access to amenities and things to see.

Wonderful location!

This apartment was amazing! Very clean and roomy and everything worked perfectly. Only a short walk from a ferry stop, so super convenient to get in and out of the train station or airport. It is near lots of really good restaurants and shops, and about a 15-minute walk to Saint Mark's Square. The communication was great and we loved our stay! Thank you!

Great hideaway Place

We loved the location of this apartment. Snuggled away on a side street, but close to everything. The beds were comfortable but the pullout wasn't the best, however it was doable for a short stay. Ernest was great at communication and checking us in. If we are ever back in Venice, we would stay here again.

Venice vacation

The location was amazing. Close to San Silvestro vaporatto stop and Rialto Bridge. The apartment was clean, but not super comfortable. It was fine for us because we were only there to sleep
